Claims
Report covered damage within 14 days of occurrence or discovery. Prior written authorization required; unauthorized repairs aren’t reimbursed. Claims must be completed within 60 days of approval. Zero deductible.
Transfer
One-time transfer to a new owner within 30 days; $50 fee.
Service Standard
Professional repair or replacement service with like-kind and quality glass (OEM when required).
What’s Not Covered
- Pre-existing damage
- Stress cracks, pitting, or weather damage (hail, sandstorms, etc.)
- Damage from theft, vandalism, collision, fire, or off-road driving
- Excluded vehicle types/makes/models as noted in the warranty
