Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) restores minor dents and dings where the paint surface isn’t broken—no sanding or fillers—helping maintain value and like-new appearance. No deductible; unlimited number of covered PDR repairs during the contract term when authorization is obtained in advance.

Repairs to dents/dings under 4 inches across on accessible, flat, painted sheet-metal exterior panels.

No Repainting
PDR process preserves OEM finish—no sanding, fillers, or repainting required.

Hail Benefit
Up to $1,000 lifetime for hail deductible/repair (not available in some states; see contract).

Zero Deductible
No out-of-pocket costs on approved claims.

Terms

12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, or 84 months.

Coverage effective for the selected term from the Applied Date.

Claims

Prior written authorization required before any repair; contact (877) 484-6222. Unlimited number of PDR repairs when contract conditions are met. Emergency repairs may be eligible with next-business-day notice per contract.

Transfer

One-time transfer to the first subsequent owner within 30 days; $50 fee (submit form to Administrator).

Limits & Territory

Liability limited to the lesser of repair cost or vehicle’s average trade-in value (J.D. Power). Coverage valid in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

What’s Not Covered

Pre-existing damage; collision damage; broken or cracked paint; scratches/chips/cracks in paint.
Large or sharp creases; panel edges/body lines; areas with no reasonable tool access; double metal near roof bracing.
Repairs requiring sanding, putty, primer, or repainting; traditional body shop work.
Chrome, glass, plastic, interior/undercarriage; rust/corrosion-related damage.
Commercial vehicles over one ton, RVs, motorcycles; damage outside U.S./Canada/Puerto Rico.
Damage from theft, vandalism, fire, acts of war, or natural disasters (hail subject to special terms).
Excluded makes (e.g., Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, etc.).
