Enhanced Vehicle Protection (PKCW) bundles three high-value coverages: Alloy Wheel Cosmetic Rim Protection, Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), and Key Replacement with 24-Hour Roadside Assistance — delivered with a zero deductible.

Coverage Highlights

Alloy Wheel Cosmetic Rim

Repair of OEM/aftermarket alloy wheel cosmetic damage on machined, brushed, or painted surfaces (e.g., curb scrapes and minor scratches).

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

Removes minor dents/dings from painted exterior sheet-metal without sanding or repainting — preserving the factory finish.

Key Replacement + 24-Hour Roadside

Replacement using like-kind and quality up to the manufacturer’s MSRP; program includes 24-hour roadside assistance. (Two keys required at purchase.)

Zero Deductible

No out-of-pocket costs on approved claims.

Terms

Available terms up to 84 months (7 years maximum if no term is indicated at enrollment).

Coverage begins on the Plan Purchase/Applied Date shown on your agreement.

If no coverage term is selected, the vehicle is enrolled for the maximum eligible term (not to exceed 7 years).

Claims

Prior authorization is required before any repair. Submit online or call (877) 484-6222. After approval, follow up and complete within 60 days. Emergency after-hours repairs may qualify with next-business-day notice and documentation.

Eligibility & Definitions

Eligible wheels include OEM and aftermarket alloy; excluded vehicle makes are listed in the contract. PDR is defined as non-repaint repair by trained technicians.

Administration & Insurance

Obligor/Service Contract Provider: North American Auto Care. Obligations are fully insured by Old Republic Insurance Company (see contract for details and state-specific amendments).

What’s Not Covered (Click to view)

  • Alloy Wheel Cosmetic Rim: abnormal wear from misalignment/suspension; bent/dented wheels; chrome wheels; wheel covers/hub caps; off-road damage.
  • PDR: pre-existing/collision damage; broken/chipped paint; damage on creases/edges or where tool access is limited (e.g., double metal/roof bracing); damage not fully repairable by PDR.
  • Key Replacement & Roadside: replacements without prior authorization; manufacturer-covered keys (recalls/TSBs); costs covered by other warranties; keys for vehicles not listed on the contract; consequential losses.
